Hi druvy,
welcome to this forum 🙂
you have many options:
a) I wouldn't email clips, I would place the movie on some website (.mac etc), because email attachments are often very limited in size (<3MB etc)
b) you've tried the 'mail' export option? select/highlight a part of your project and in the export dialog check the box 'selected clips only'
c) instead of relying on the presets, for sure you can playaround with all the zillions ofoptions video compressing offers you..
to push you in total despair, have a look, what iM Grandmaster's telling you about web-publishing (.. erm, that's almost the same as emailing stuff - compatibilty, size, bandwidth, framerates, etc.pp.)
